From the reviews and my one other time ive gone there i thought that this place would have been great for my herniated disc. I was unfortunately very wrong. I never had been to PT off of workers compensation, so I was unaware of the difference in treatment. I was not yet aware i had a herniated disk but was very aware i had some kind of sciatic nerve issue. I went in there on my private insurance (even though it happened on the job and yes they were aware of that) I was given the basic treatment for a pulled muscle. They were very uninterested in helping me. I was left to myself everytime i went in. No real guidance. They switched me between therapists every. Single. Time. Been a frequent flyer since February 2025. Just completed my third round of therapy sessions with Columbia PT for 3 different issues. After my first issue there was no hesitation where to go again. Hopefully done now, but would go back if needed. The folks at Columbia PT are amazing at what they do, from the front end staff to the therapists. Professional, knowledgeable, personable, friendly and very patient with their clients.

I’ve received therapy from Columbia Physical Therapy - Valatie many times. It has always been a successful experience. Today, Stephanie was able to clarify the specifics of my exercise so I can get the best benefit of them at home. I so much appreciated her knowledge and time with me. Thank you!

Columbia PT is a very professional organization who I highly recommend. The staff are very knowledgeable and super friendly. They make you feel like family.
