Walgreens Pharmacy

Had to drop in for an emergency med pick up. The store kept saying it was being processed but then delayed. Ended up getting everything we needed, just a little bit of a hassle. The store is big but laid out poorly. There is a bunch of empty space where shelves could be relocated. The store needs a redesign. The pharmacy is also very small. It needs to be redone for more space and med storage. The pharmacy staff were very friendly, but seemed overwhelmed at times. The prescription pick up storage was very poorly designed and seemed confusing to the staff as well.

Easy and convenient for pickup of my prescriptions. Privacy and confidentiality was respectful. Clean.

Hated it for the disorganization. Waited over 40 minutes for my appointment. And not the first Walgreens with this problem. Not going to them anymore.

Pharmacy staff were very professional. I was quickly in and out for an immunization. HOWEVER, the women's restroom looked like a gas station restroom. Unbelievable that a Pharmacy would allow that. Hire someone for cleaning and disinfecting...plus it's right beside the prescriptions part of the Pharmacy.
