Healing Strength Massage Therapy

Michael is awesome! I have had recurring neck pain for years and he was able to fix it within two sessions. He does a combination of massage and stretching that has worked wonders for me.

Michael is great at what he does. He is knowledgeable and experienced. He creates a safe space and leads with authenticity and empathy. My main focus had been somatic massage. I’ve learned about areas where I have trapped trauma in my body and Michael has helped me understand how to address and release it. I have seen him twice so far and leave feeling lighter and more relaxed. I look forward to many more sessions with him.

I had a great massage with Michael at Healing Strength. He used a combination of techniques to address pain I have because of arthritis in my spine and hands. He listened to my concerns and was responsive to them. I felt a difference in my gait the next day. I would definitely recommend him.

It is truly a challenge to find a massage therapist that works with your body and that is truly invested in trying various methods to help heal. The relief that Michael has provided has been long-lasting, nearly 4 weeks later. Cannot say enough positive things about Michael and his practice, and will certainly return soon. Michael was great. It was my first time with a Thai massage and he took time to listen to my concerns, areas of discomfort and thoroughly explained what he was doing. It was a calming and reassuring experience, I rebooked before leaving. We will be working on healing stressed tendons in my hips.
