I had an incredible experience with Treazure! She was extremely encouraging, attentive, and always made a challenging yet great workout that truly helped me improve in so many ways. Working with Treazure was an absolute game changer for me following a rotator cuff injury! Her soft tissue work created so much space and mobility in my body, and the exercises she assigned me strengthened my shoulder stabilizers and relieved my pain. I thought my poor posture and shoulder discomfort were "just part of getting older" and something I had to accept... but it can get better with the right physical therapist. I feel hopeful and rejuvenated after my work with Treazure! Can't recommend her enough!

After being told by multiple doctors that I was completely fine—despite still being in pain a month after my injury—I knew something wasn’t right.
