Walgreens Pharmacy

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. Today 1/31/2026 I tried to get my prescription for Ozempic filled which I’ve had filled there prior but now use Bell Pharmacy due the fact they charged my $80.00 co-pay which is supposed to be $30.00. Forgot to call Bell yesterday and they’re closed until Monday. So decided to try Walgreens again so I wouldn’t be out. Spoke with someone named Adel or Abel (hard to understand) said he’s the pharmacy manager. It was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Rude and obnoxious kept telling me I needed a new prescription cause the dosage was wrong even though my doctor sent the new prescription that was when they charged me the $80.00. Tried explaining this but he kept over talking me telling me that’s not true. Yes I did rai

The absolute lack of care, respect, or competence at this pharmacy is atrocious! They do not care whatsoever about the patients that they’re serving. Whatever you have to do, GO TO ANOTHER Walgreens or Publix or anywhere other than this place! It Is clear the lack of Management and any form of accountability here is nonexistent! I can’t even imagine how many things they mess up for elderly Folks! Avoid at all costs!

Shannon in the pharmacy went above and beyond to get a RXCoupon to lower a prescription that I take daily that my health insurance refuses to cover . Her empathy and effort went a long way! You are lucky to have her in your pharmacy! Thank you Shannon !! You are the best

This Walgreens is a mixed bag. There is a lady pharmacist there that is just an absolute sweetheart to deal with, but there is a man there that is absolutely horrible. He speaks so rudely! I do not cry easily, but he has made me cry and ruined my day before. Sometimes it is a long wait and sometimes very quick. Sometimes the person at the window is very nice and at other times they could care less if you are a customer or not. I guess 2 1/2 stars would’ve been the correct to give if I could have.

Love my neighborhood Walgreens! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful!
