Dr Aikens office was cozy and the staff made it even cozier! The nurses were very kind and friendly. They even quickly helped me with an insurance debacle. After a detailed consultation and Q&A session with Dr Aiken, I have full confidence that his plan will help me successfully achieve the outcome needed. He was patient and listened to my concerns. He informed me of his expertise and preference for treatment but gave me three options to decide from. He carefully explained pre and post operation procedures putting my mind at ease. I chose to make an appointment with Dr. Aiken after seeing so many wonderful reviews about the amount of time he will spend with patients in order to be sure that they understand what is going on with their issue specifically their feet. I had been to nine various professionals to try to understand what was happening on my one foot to no avail. Dr. Aiken was able to listen to me and knew pretty much very quickly what the issue was and once explained to me and after x-rays, it was clear that he was correct.
