Dr. Culpepper and the entire Paws and Claws team are absolutely outstanding. We’ve been to plenty of vets over the years, and this was hands-down the best experience we’ve ever had. We were concerned and advised by the Humane Society that our cat, Willow, would be anxious at the vet. But with Dr. Culpepper she was completely calm and comfortable the whole time; it’s clear Dr. Culpepper has a special gift for putting both animals and their owners at ease. She took all the time we needed, explained everything thoroughly, and you can tell she genuinely loves what she does. The staff from front desk to assistants were friendly, professional, and kind. We feel incredibly lucky to have found Paws and Claws and won’t take Willow anywhere else.

Paws and Claws took care of Odie with a level of compassion and excellence that went far beyond what any pet owner could hope for. Dr. Culpepper and her entire team poured their hearts into his care during one of the most intense medical situations we have ever faced. They were not only fully invested in Odie’s recovery, they were invested in us. They checked in constantly, made sure we understood every step, and made themselves available even during off hours when we were overwhelmed and trying to keep Odie comfortable at home. Furthermore, they never made us feel guilty that our dog ate kid socks. That kind of support is rare. Their medical care was outstanding. Their communication was steady, professional, and kind. Dr. Culpepper and her staff are absolutely amazing. I brought my dog, Sheba, to an appointment and I was absolutely blown away by how caring, respectful, and attentive Dr. Culpepper and her staff were with Sheba. They get you into a room very fast and seem to clean each room out after every dog which I appreciate. Dr. Culpepper is the only vet at the clinic so you might have to wait a bit after your appointment time until she makes it into the room but it’s so worth it because she gives both the pet and the owner all of her time to truly figure out what is wrong and come up with a treatment plan. Bonus is they are very reasonably priced which I appreciate because my last vet was way overpriced and I felt like I didn’t have the same experience or connection that I had at Paws and Claws. If

Dr Culpepper is fabulous. Ive had to bring my dog in twice while visiting family over the past two years due to severe allergies. Dr Culpepper not only provided a much more thorough diagnosis than my vet at home but was over half the cost!

The staff at Paws and Claws are amazing! I started seeing Dr Culpepper at another animal clinic and we followed her when she started her own practice. She, and her fabulous staff, have seen all our babies from dogs to guinea pigs, rats and mice. They are the most caring people and have seen us through some rough times.
