Walgreens Pharmacy

I was running late so I called the pharmacy. Walgreens changed the business hours and now they close at 6:00 p.m. at 5:58 I called them and told them that I was less than half a mile away. The pharmacist said okay when I got there at 5:59 they had everything locked up and the pharmacist was walking out. I said I just called you. He said okay hold on. Then he came back and he said I'm sorry but it's going to have to be tomorrow at 9:00 a.m. when we open. I couldn't believe it! And he was very disrespectful at the time too!

If you are needing antibiotics like ASAP don't rely on them to have it done they go based on a Time system from when they received the notification from your doctor .I do not live in town and I asked if they could please just fill it or send it to another pharmacy. The young woman told me it's just the way it is and that I would have to have the pharmacy call to ask for it to be sent over thankfully the medications only for me what would have happened if it would have been my child and they've been really sick and needed the medication so I recommend if you need your medicine right away do not come to Duncan Walgreens because they will make you wait a whole nother day before receiving your medication I'm sure they work very hard and I'm sure they have lots of people that are sick and have

The Pharmacist is an extremely arrogant, pompous person! He decided my 28 day prescription should be held a FEW days because I was late picking it up ONE day late the month before. I ended up having to wait 3 days and he deleted one of my prescriptions, so it had to be called in all over again and then made me wait even longer because they were standing around talking (which we all know is a very important job to do)! Many of the people working back there don't know what they are doing because they don't even work that department, they rotate people from the front cash register and then I have to wait for them to learn medicine some how just to relay a question because you can't ask the pharmacist directly! I could have dozens of people comment on this just to say the same thing, I asked

Walgreens Pharmacy and Staff members are always so kind and helpful and friendly. Anytime I go in there looking for something someone always helps me find what I’m looking for. Thank you Walgreens Staff for all that you do for your Duncan, Ok customers.
