Baker Express Pharmacy Duncan

Years ago I used Baker and loved them. Moved away and came back to find that the business is not as good. They are now unwilling to order/provide the medication I have been on for 13 years. Also, they don't seem to plan ahead to ensure they have my meds in stock on the day I need them. Several times I have had lapses in medication for several days. I have taken my bisiness elswhere. Also, they don't allow customers to use their restroom anymore. Everything seems run down and they aren't very good at comunicating changes or keeping customer informed of changes or delays.

Eight years ago, I came into this pharmacy terrified and confused, experiencing severe symptoms I had never had before. I did the responsible thing. I asked the pharmacist — Chad Scott — whether what I was experiencing could be caused by the medication I had been prescribed. I was explicitly told no. I was told it was not the drug. I was told it must be a sudden underlying illness. That answer mattered. It shaped every decision that followed. I trusted that response because pharmacists are positioned as medication experts. Patients are taught to trust them. That trust was misplaced. The symptoms were drug-induced. I went to get some prescriptions filled. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I was in and out of there in like 5 - 10 minutes. There is a lot of nice stuff in there for gifts/self buying including bibles and journaling. I would definitely recommend this business.

The pharmacy technicians have quick and solid answers if needed. Very quick to get you through the process. Chad always has worked it out if we had any problems with our medicines. Thanks Duncan Baker's Express. Thanks.

Why would you go to a pharmacy like this?? I did, and when you don't need an Rx, they still charge you for the Rx that they filled by accident.. The guy standing in the back barking orders should come to the counter and talk like a human than stand in the back of the store.. I tried it for a year, and your friendly pharmacists still will bash you for trying to get a prescription..
