R & S Drug Stores #3

I've been coming here for almost 5 years. This is the friendliest pharmacy I've ever used. They are always so helpful. The employees are all so friendly and seem to have a smile and a friendly greeting when you walk through the door. The pharmacists are always ready to help you if needed. #3 is less than a half mile from my home so that is bonus. If you are new in town or just looking for a change...you won't be disappointed. Thank you to everyone. And Kevin will put a smile on your face!

Just to edit in response to the responder on this review: I understand that the 90 day rule by my insurance cannot be changed by you. That was NOT my concern. I requested the prescriptions to be switched to cash pricing for 30 days, and instead of using insurance, I stated I would like to use the R&S savings card as I have done many many times in the past. THAT is when I was denied the switch by the employee. I understand the medication was pre-packaged, however , I can confirm nobody ever reached out to me to confirm I still wanted that packaging, nor did he tell me that they could do what I requested with a repackaging fee. I would have gladly paid that repackaging fee, had I been given that option. Normally, I have a great experience with this pharmacy. They're usually so kind and help

The employees are genuine, friendly, and knowledgeable. I love being able to go to a pharmacist if I have a question and having a detailed conversation about a way to solve my problem. I always get the feeling that they honestly care about me and my loved ones. Additionally they have a wonderful gift department that I could look at for hours! A great way to pass those few minutes waiting while getting a prescription filled!

For 20 years I used R & S #3 and loved and appreciated every employee and great service they give. For the last 3 years we were forced by Medicare/Aetna to use CVS. CVS is horrible, no customer service, different pharmacist every time you go, when you call you get a mile long monologue and never a person. Come January 1, 2023, we get to return to R & S and we can’t wait!!

I have used R&S for many years, everybody Is super friendly In the pharmacy and the store, also they are very quick at getting your meds filled and very helpful explaining the medication and any questions you may have. They treat you like family!
