Customer Reviews
You got to go to this store to see it yourself. Front store staff are rude and condescending. Pharmacy department is a hit and miss with the customer service. Couple of the pharmacy worker are nice, and some are ridiculously rude. If you are leaving the hospital on Saturday at 5pm and need to take your medicine tomorrow, don't send it here. They closed at 6pm Saturday and Closed on Sunday, so if you're indeed need to fix your health this is not the place. Overall they need to shut this store down and make open up something more useful like a restaurant, a church, a bar, another apartment complex, a parking lot, or a CVS.
In stock position is horrible. Constantly empty shelves in every aisle. Staff I've spoken to are very unhappy with a responses they get from vendors and the DC. Customers are more unhappy than the staff. This particular Walgreens is a neighborhood joke they're out of so many items so often. The Stars are for the staff doing their best and for a couple of pharmacy superstars like Jackie
Took 50min to get my flu shot, even though I made an appointment days earlier and there was barely any customers at the pharmacy. I wanted to take other vaccines as well, but it took them so long to look up my vaccination history and locate the actual vaccines that I had to forgo those. When I got shots at CVS in the past, it would have 10min max. Given the choice, I'd go with CVS.
Honestly one of the worst pharmacies. When the prescriptions come in you get an option on the website to fill them now but they almost never do. I show up 30 minutes from close after asking it to be filled on the app at 12 and these people get mad at me. Then if you want to call them to confirm they’re filling the scripts expect to wait on the line for half an hour.
In the entire time I've lived here they have not once filled a prescription properly, every month I have an issue. I don't blame the staff as individuals, but the system is broken.
