PROS Great location & selection of glasses takes Eyemed insurance no Mass Hlth. Courteous staff members and eye doctor. Service is fast Mostly no wait. Text to pick up your glasses and assurance that your satisfied. CONS Only one issue some things I asked for my rx weren't done but they fixed it immediately and got to lend the pair until they were ready. Lens tend to get dirty really quick initially not sure why. Good thing they give little lens wipes.

Best eye exam I've ever had. Theresa was very understanding and patient with my terrible explanations. The two lovely people at the front desk (who's names are escaping me) were very lovely and even gave me a bag to replace one I had that ripped. 10/10 experience thank you so much

Not a good experience. Went in to get an eye exam for new prescription glasses. It took almost 2 hours. The person doing the intake form kept disappearing for stretches of time, I was waiting almost an hour before I saw the actual doctor. Glasses then took almost a month to come in. Pick-up also took ages because of the overly chatty salesperson. Just go to a regular eye doctor, this place is a Target side hustle with predictable results.

The staff here are so incredibly nice and friendly. They’re really helpful and made sure I got the best deal possible on my contact lenses!
