I never have any issues or have to wait very long when picking up my medications. The staff greet you and move quickly to get you checked out. They always ask if I have any questions or want to put meds on auto refill.
Horrible horrible horrible customer service. The male worker in the front working the desk clearly didn’t want to be there and while we all have bad days, compassion is so necessary. Some people are fresh off procedures being done and are in excruciating pain. And btw having someone call whomever to see if fraud was being committed for antibiotics is insane. I’d understand if it were narcotics, but antibiotics? Be for real. Never using this service again. Time before this I was profiled and followed through the store. Over a low price item that I purchased. So sad. NEVER USE THIS PLACE. And shame on them.
I enjoy using CVS Target for my prescriptions and other services because they are very affordable and efficient. Coming a distance by the MBTA, out of Dorchester, MA., is well worth the trip. Garbage AI agent running the phones that refuses to connect to a real person.
It's November 30th 2022 and I usually don't do this, but I have to tell about my experience today. I go to the CVS pharmacy in Dorchester at South Bay plaza on Allstate road. Today I tried calling the pharmacy to see if my prescription was ready. After waiting on the phone for quite a while I went down to see if it was ready in person and when I got there there was a line of about 15 people deep. When I got there I realized why the line was so long and nobody was answering the phones the young man they had working behind the counter was there completely alone. He stayed so calm I was extremely impressed he helped everybody out as much as he could with a smile on his face the whole time. When I got to the front on top of remaining calm and doing everything because he was alone he apologized
