Walgreens Pharmacy

The worst Walgreens ever! Unfortunately mine. So many wrong Rx filled out. Up until yesterday. Nobody looking through notes made by themselves. They don’t even apologize and give excuses- they just gave me manager card. So unfortunate to have them around.

Pharmacy is run by rude disrespectful people. They tried to price gouge and not use our insurance which would have cost us over 100 times more then it should have.

Pharmacy staff at 780 Waukegan Road went above and beyond to assist me with an out of state R/X. Ms Dany was especially helpful.

It’s about 9:52pm and 5 people are working behind the counter. One Pharmacist was having a social conversation with one individual at one window, and another customer was just standing at the other window. This went on for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, I had a toddler ill where she just needed anti-nausea medication. Terrible.

Received excellent customer service from the pharmacist Manny and Sue who were extremely informative with helping my husband and I reach a decision on what vaccines to get for travel. Rensy, the pharmacist technician was an absolute saint. We were difficult customers due to our indecisiveness and she helped us with such patience and understanding. Truly above and beyond...thank you all so much!
