My story is a bit unique. I had designer sunglasses that I needed to get prescription lenses for. I originally brought my (Gucci) sunglasses to Lens Crafters for them to change my lenses and they claimed they lost them. (I believe they got stolen). Then I realized Lenscrafters, Sunglass Hut, Pearle Vision are ALL part of the Luxottica corporate monopoly. Hence, they ship/outsource all their glass cutting. I am not a fan of monopolies. So I visited Laura & James at Deerfield Optical...and it was an amazing experience. This cute boutique has their own lab...and they cut their own glasses. I got my prescription sunglasses (Dolce & Gabbana) in amazingly 1 day! My regular progressive glasses only took 4 days. From this point forward, they will have all my business. They are truly amazing people

Words cannot express how amazing Deerfield Optical is!!!!! First, their lens selection is great, and they have a huge selection of Lindbergh’s and I customized an amazing pair. More importantly, Laura is beyond amazing!!!!!!! Her expertise with frames and the lenses are unmatched, but the client experience is unlike any other that I have experienced. I had an outstanding experience at Deerfield Optical. I won a gift card at a holiday luncheon and was excited to pick out a new pair of sunglasses. When I arrived at Deerfield Optical, I tried on nearly every pair of glasses, but nothing seemed to fit my larger head comfortably. Laura Zbotaniw was extremely helpful; she went above and beyond by ordering several pairs for me to choose from. Just a couple of days later, she called to let me know that some of the order had arrived, so I headed back to Deerfield Optical. The pair of Revo sunglasses she had ordered was a perfect fit. They are so welcoming, helpful and I never feel pressured to buy anything. Their knowledge and patience is unmatched! I am always treated with the utmost respect, warmth and professionalism. Let me tell you, my life changed when I visited Deerfield Optical. Never have I ever experienced such exemplary customer service! My optometrist, Laura, was the most charismatic and kind woman. I was so touched; she went above and beyond just answering my questions, helping me find the PERFECT frames. Everyone needs to take a page out of Laura's book when treating customers! I cannot recommend this place enough; I wish there was a 6-star option. Choosing Deerfield Optical is nothing short of a home run!
