Alexandra Cooper was attentive and seemed very assuring. She addressed all my problems and went over all the steps slowly and comprehensively. Very professional. Great experience. Got in right away with their new Immediate Care Clinic on their website .

I was seen promptly. Nicole had reviewed my records and we had a productive, efficient conversation. She proceeded with the exam and explained what she found and next steps. Her associate (I’m sorry I do not remember her name) was very helpful and made sure I understood the after care instructions.

I hadn’t had a full body scan in six years. Returning to Deerfield Dermatology was a complete pleasure, from the friendly and welcoming staff at the front desk, to the calm and caring intake with Hannah, and to the extremely thorough and professional full body scan with Alexandra Cooper, who has a wonderful bedside manner. I couldn’t have asked for better care. Alexandra explained everything to me and answered my questions. I felt reassured that she was giving me a thorough examination. She and Hannah are true professionals. I’ll be returning to Deerfield Dermatology once a year moving forward. It’s an outstanding practice. Thank you!

The lack of response to phone calls is the reason for my 1 star review. A healthcare facility should be returning their missed calls at the very least. I have left numerous voicemails after remaining on hold for up to 10 minutes repeatedly to reschedule my appointment and never receive a call back. they are very adamant to give you a no show/last minute cancellation fee but fail to respond to their patients regarding appointments prior to the date. I do not recommend this place because of this. The care from doctors and nurses is average, you can easily find much better service and care anywhere else. Extreme cost for below average service.

I have been a patient for decades at Deerfield Dermatology. Within the last 15 years or so, Dr Singh-Behl has been instrumental in helping me to navigate my skin cancer journey. Her professionalism and compassion have led me to recommend Deerfield Dermatology to many of my family and friends, and in fact 4 generations of my family use the services of DD! I highly recommend them! You won't be disappointed!
