Walgreens Pharmacy

I've been getting my medicine from this Walgreens for years also pictures as well and a clerk is nowhere to be found when it comes to helping out on pictures set up the counter waiting for my pictures no one was there I seen they were done went to the machine got them out and still set there and looked at my pictures until someone finally arrived when they came he told me that was the last time I was going to be able to develop pictures because I grabbed them myself not only that when I got to complaining about the long wait etc he called the police on me said I was being out of control and wanted me to be trespassed from the store which is a lie. Before calling the police on me he was confrontational with other people that he was waiting on this is totally unacceptable behavior. His name

William, the cashier was very rude did not acknowledge me nor any other customers very nonchalant unwelcoming. He said he was a manager and if that’s how management is run, this Walgreen won’t last.

The staff in the back are always wonderful, very helpful, and professional. My family and I got our vaccinations there, and the experience was great. However, the front desk staff could use some improvement. Yesterday, my father went in to pick up something for my sibling. He showed the item on his phone، it wasn’t something that needed a prescription. Unfortunately, he doesn’t speak English, and when he tried to show the lady at the front desk, she responded by raising her voice and even slapping her lap in frustration. We understand that communication can be difficult, and maybe she needed more details, but her reaction felt very unprofessional and disrespectful. A simple gesture or polite response would have been enough.

Nice store and very calm. Customer service is excellent.

One of the best wallgreens I've been to the workers are very sweet and kind 🙂
