Kristina at the front desk was so incredibly helpful. Diana the medical assistant was super sweet and gentle when swabbing my son for strep. Stacy the P.A. was quick and caring. I love that they are 24 hours. The facility is super clean

After searching for 24‑hour urgent care centers nearby, I found The Heights Urgent Care and called to confirm they accepted his insurance. The woman who answered was polite, friendly, and genuinely reassuring, which made the decision to drive over an easy one. When we arrived, the same woman greeted us and immediately recognized us from the call. Registration was quick, and the in‑person experience matched the kindness we felt over the phone. We tried this urgent care because our insurance changed and needed somewhere new to go. I didn’t have high expectations because most urgent cares do the minimum. But every time I have went, the wait has been brief and the customer service has been excellent. I really feel like they are taking their time and are listening to my concerns. What a gem. They agreed to see me after another urgent care turned me away in the middle of the night. All staff were personable and in great spirits. The treatment provider was so kind, attentive, helpful, patient, and positive. I was in and out in 20 minutes as a new patient without an appointment. It's not often I have such a good experience seeking medical care.
