I had an excellent experience at Urgent center for my CDL medical exam. The whole team was professional, respectful, and efficient from start to finish. The service was fast, the attitude was great, and everything was handled smoothly and flawlessly. What really stood out is that they went the extra mile. In the past two times, I only received a one year medical certificate because I am an ADHD patient. This time, they carefully reviewed my doctor letter (clearance letter) and medical history, verified everything properly, and made sure I qualified for a full two year medical certificate. I had an amazing experience here! I was a first time patient Saturday and every single person was nice and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I got in super fast. including the medical assistant, a young girl in her teens I believe, was very professional surprisingly because I know how teenagers can be especially the doctor there was a tan gentleman. I forgot to mention my asthma and he immediately knew I had it after checking my vitals haha! Slipped my mind. After a few days I am feeling great! I will be for sure coming back the place is spotless.

Went there two times due to desperation and it was the worst. The first time I went in January of this year and I found out I had pneumonia and needed a breathing treatment and x-ray. They took everyone else quickly but I was still waiting. I saw several patients come in, be seen and was out. How do I know this? Because when I was sitting in my room waiting for the doctor, they had the door proped wide open. I saw everyone else go so I literally became the last one left and it still took a long time for someone to even check on me! I was told I would get a breathing treatment and it never came. Then I finally got an x-ray instead and then the breathing treatment. The doctor talked to me during the treatment, so I couldn't get the proper time in on the nebulizer and there was still albutero
