Henry Ford-GoHealth Urgent Care

As you can see I’ve had great experience with this location in the past. As promised, my family returned. A whole new staff , a whole new treatment. Terrible! What exactly is an “urgent care”? Is it not the liaison between PCP and ER? My husband was in pain and gaslit by these two new never before seen staff. Extremely disappointed. Do better!! They said “Wow she’s really fired up.” You mean- reactive to your lack of common sense and bedside manner?

Dr. C. Goran is truly one of a kind. He is thorough, knowledgeable, compassionate, and incredibly caring. He takes the time to listen and genuinely cares about his patients, which is so rare to find today. My experience with him was very pleasant and reassuring. He is an example of the kind of physician who deserves to be honored and recognized for his work. May God bless him. I also want to add that the receptionist was very kind and caring. the place was very clean and the staff was very nice. I love the convenience of walking in without having to make an appointment when i need to resolve an urgent health matter, and the wait was not long at all. I recommend this place to all my family and friends. This is my new go to when I need to.

The receptionist or possibly a nurse she didn’t state her name or help was awful. I am not sure what her role was because she was not helpful. She look unhappy to be there. My daughter threw up in lobby on chairs I asked if there was any wipes or napkins she pointed at the Kleenex box on counter. I used whatever wipes I had in diaper bag but I thought for vomit she may have wanted me to use something a little more sanitary or easy. She was also the same person who answered the phone twice, once to notify them that the pharmacy bi gave them was closed and to love to the nearest Walgreens and again when I asked how come hours later I still don’t have the prescription. She even say rudely I remember you when I said I called a few hours ago. The nurse who took vitals was great, friendly, patie

I was fortunate to be seen at this office. I liked the ease of making the appointment. The promptness of being seen and the courtesy and professionalism of the staff. It is a convenient and clean office. Dr.'s exam was thorough and she explained everything, including follow-up. I will return to this office if necessary and recommend to family and friends. Great experience.

Pleasantness of staff. Nicole was funny, caring, professional. She also waited to see if Dr could do stitches, because of location near eye, before I was charged for visit. That really impressed me.
