I'm tired of the employees taking 5 days or more for a prior auth on several of my medications every month. The staff refuses to enter the ins codes to make picking up my prescriptions easy. They refuse to call the ins when necessary..

I am often frustrated with delayed promised Rx. Call to confirm that your Rx is actually ready! But! When it works, it works great. Courteous drive-up. However, Walgreens no longer takes Rx from Dr. Michael Courtney, best pain management in county(spends time, cares, eye contact, no long waits.) That’s a loss.
