Smile Design Dade City

I was a bit nervous seeing a new dentist because I hadn't been to one in several years. They were very friendly and professional. They made me feel comfortable and confident about a treatment plan and explained what my insurance plan did and did not cover. I was very pleased with my visit.

Not coming back here again! It’s a money grab. They charged me $770 for ONE pair of retainers and took weeks to get me in for an appointment. By that time, my teeth had shifted already after I spent $4,500 on Invisalign treatment to fix them in the first place. They don’t even have the technology to keep retainer impressions in the system so you don’t have to come in each time yours break. If they had that system, I would’ve just needed to order a new retainer and continue having straight teeth because they would’ve based it off my impressions taken right after finishing Invisalign treatment. The staff is nice but dentists don’t really care. I say any dentist office can do x rays and cleanings so if that’s all you need, go give your money (or your insurance money) to another clinic. Was excited to see this dental practices reviews and set them as my dental primary with my Delta Dental insurance plan. I called on 11/10/25 and they were very pleasant to set me a new patient appointment. The receptionist was kind and friendly and asks for my dental insurance plan, plan number, and all my personal info. I completed their online new patient paperwork and submitted my dental insurance information to them. Today 11/17/25 they called and cancelled my new patient appointment for tomorrow 11/18/25 as they stated “they have reached the limit of patients they can have with my Delta Dental insurance as their contract limits their amount of patients they can have”. I had a tooth break and was able to get an appointment right away. They did a great job accommodating me and gave me a temporary crown. I will be returning soon.
