I am so happy with my decision to get back in with Dr Smurr. He and his staff are such a pleasure to work with. After four years of being away due to insurance changes I really wanted their care again! Despite having to pay out of pocket I'm very happy with my decision and their expertise 😊!

I bought my glasses several months ago and should have gone in before now to get them adjusted because they were too tight above my ears and set a little too high on my nose. The lady, I think her name was Val, adjusted them for me and they are much more comfortable now and I don't have to lower my head to read small print.

Dr. Smurr was fantastic with my Mother. He took his time and explained everything that would help her best. We are glad Dr. Gretta Fridman sent us to him.

We had our eye exam in March 2023 and bought new glasses. No problem there. It's the service after the sale. 7 months later, my husband accidently knocked his glasses off his face and the little plastic string that holds the lens in on "frameless" glasses snapped and the lens popped out. Put all the pieces in a zip lock bag and took it in for repair. They said glasses should be ready same day - perhaps next day. Well, no call the same day. So, we gave it until lunch time the next day and called to get the status. Apparently there is only one person in the whole building that knows the status of glasses being repaired and she was busy. Due to the upcoming hurricane I was told I would need to reschedule. I immediately called. Interesting thing is I was going to get a later scheduled appointment than patients that were scheduled after me. Poor business practice.
