Walgreens Pharmacy

This Walgreens pharmacy is so much better than CVS. First, you can actually reach someone at the pharmacy by phone - at CVS you now need to leave a message hoping they call you back. Second, the store is quiet and clean, unlike CVS. Third, the pharmacy is super quick and easy to work with. Not sure what the deal with other negative reviews is, maybe it’s because the negative ones are all over 2 years old, but I think this pharmacy, as it is now, is great!

The most incompetent staff ever!! Called and left my name and number for a pharmaceutical to call me back b/c the person was on the phone. I had to call back because 2 hours passed which I doubt they were in the phone for that long. Finally I spoke to a older male he was no help he argued on the phone to see if I was a patient or doctor I told him I just needed to see if he had something in stock he said no without asking what medication I was calling about hung up on me. Stay away from here the staff the bad reviews are correct.

Terrible pharmacy. "1" star is being generous.. I've been going there for about 3 years but they've gone way downhill. I always get a txt saying "prescription delayed". Then, days later, right before they close or go on break I'll get the txt saying "ready for pick up". I really don't appreciate driving 20 minutes to find out nobody's even there. And by now I'm days behind on my meds! What a pain. AND, the pharmacist is closed on Sunday! (What pharmacy does that?!) Don't even try to call to speak to someone either because you can't even get a real person. Hey, Walgreens, Do better!

This pharmacy needs more training, I went to pick up my presciption and they said they didn't have it. I left and called my doctor, they said it was called in. In the end, it was called in, they just couldn't find it. Also had an issue with them letting me pick up my presciption after my doctor called them and told them why I needed to pick it up two days earlier. They were very rude to my doctor's medical staff. I value my time, this place needs a new manager.

Pharmacy is terrible. Never accurate. They make you wait in the drive through even when nobody is in the store at the pharmacy counter. Plus they can be veey arrogant. 1 star is still a complement though they dont deserve it what so ever.
