I've been taking my son here since he was 2, he's 6 now so for about 4 years. He has ASD, is non-verbal, has epilepsy, is developmentally delayed and has ADHD. So needless to say he has a lot of difficulties, especially when it comes to any kind of doctor visits. Overall, our experience has been positive here with the examiners. They have mostly been very patient with my son, which is obviously needed for his difficulties. The front staff, particularly Crystal, was also very helpful and patient in helping me navigate the dental coverage world. I would recommend this practice.

I would not recommend getting braces or Invisalign here for your child. In our case, things seemed great at first — everyone was very friendly until we committed to treatment for my daughter. After that, the customer service dropped noticeably. We didn’t feel supported, and the level of care was nowhere near what we were promised in the beginning. Very disappointing experience.

Both of my daughters are patients here. My oldest had (8 yr old) had significant surgery when she was 3 in a different office. Multiple teeth pulled. Lots of questions left unanswered. Fast forward to a few years and moves later and CDS has been nothing but supportive and responsive to BOTH of my children. My 2 year old needed SDF and the level of care that Dr. Goodman and her team has provided is second to none. As a family who is particular about who provides dental services- I can say without any reservation that CDS will always act in the best interest of your child and more importantly THEIR patient. I also can’t stress enough the significance of this office having an in house orthodontist. I know that my 8 year old will require some intensive orthodontic care in the near future and

Today was my daughter’s second dental appointment, and as we walked out the door, she turned to me and said, “That was so much fun!” She’s only two, and I was so impressed by how gently and clearly the team explained everything to her in a way she could understand. She sat through the entire visit like such a big girl, no tears, no meltdowns, just calm curiosity and trust. It’s especially meaningful to me because I was once a nervous little patient myself. I saw Dr. Goodman as a child, and I was terrified of the dentist back then. She and her assistant were the ones who helped me overcome that fear. They taught me simple coping techniques like tapping my fingers, that I still use more than 20 years later. Knowing that my daughter now has Dr. Goodman as her dentist feels like everything h

If Inhad done a review aside from experience today it may have been more stars but the true colors are showing. Apparently I have a past due bill because they overestimated how much my insurance will pay for services (this is becoming very common in the dental field unfortunately). This appointment was rescheduled this week and we traveled 40 minutes to the appointment. They checked us in and then refused to see my son due to this past due bill that they likely saw when they booked the appointment. Don’t think they cancelled the appointment? Nope. I then get a text an hour later thanking us for the visit and asking for a review. Here is my review: we will not be returning.
