Blackstone Valley Pediatrics

I have not enough amazing things to say about this practice. My children are 4,6,&8 and we have been going here since all 3 were born. Every provider here is exceptionally kind. I never have a problem getting in, even for last minute needs. The office knows me and all my kids, we get by far amazing care and diligence. This practice has been an absolute blessing to both me and my family. The attached children’s urgent care that utilizes a lot of the same providers is honestly the biggest perk.

I am utterly disgusted with this office. 35 years old and I went there until I was 21 and my 10 and 12-year-old Daughter daughters have been going there their whole lives. We began going for the North Smithfield office, but no matter how many times I try to book an appointment I can never get in there. I’m a Massachusetts resident so going to Cumberland is an hour round-trip. This morning my daughter was sick Called for an appointment in North Smithfield. They gave me one at 2:15. Half an hour later, they called me back and told me they were double booked. They were extremely rude about it. They interrupted me repeatedly, Never once apologized and Overall was extremely rude. You're not allowed to express ur concerns about vaccinations due to allergies running in your family and already having one daughter who can't get some of them . She wants u to just get them or u aren't welcomed there. No parents choice there. It's her way or the highway . She was extremely rude about it.

I’ve been bringing my daughters to this practice for over 2 years. We’ve seen multiple doctors there or have called with questions and they answer promptly. We feel welcomed and at ease in the office for our check ups or at just kids for a sick visit. Today we were in for a check up and needed to get immunizations and Tracey was a magician. Not the same experience I had as a child. I can’t rave enough about the care we receive, thank you BVP!
