Walgreens Pharmacy

Went online to refill my medication. A few days later it showed I didn't refill it. I called the store and was on hold for 1 hour and 20 minutes when the pharmacist answered. She said that she will put my refill in and can pick it up the next day. The next day it wasn't showing up on the app and called again. The guy who I talked to was making it seem like I was a burden for asking what's going on with my refill. He said that now it will be another day. Maybe we will get to it by then we will try. It's been a week since this has started and still haven't received my prescription. I know it's no loss to the big guns like Walgreens for losing a customer. I'll drive 30 minutes to a private pharmacy that treat customers like they appreciate your business. Wish I could give negative stars!!

Do not get your prescriptions sent here. Consistently will not have orders in stock or have them filled on time. Line to pick up will take 30 minutes since they have one register open at the pharmacy counter. Have spent over 90 minutes total waiting for prescriptions multiple times. Don't bother calling as no-one will answer.

SLOW. Never get your prescription here. Waited an HOUR after it was ready. The line never moved. I've never seen a line of more unhappy sick people in obvious discomfort. Three cashiers and no movement for thirty minutes. I'm not joking.

Walgreens pharmacy is expensive and always so busy and crowded, I frequently have to wait at least a half hour in the drive through pick up lane to get my meds, and if my prescription isn't ready by the time I get to the window, they ask me to come back in 15 minutes, but of course then I have to go through the 30 - 45 minute line again! At times, it has been an almost 2 hour ordeal just so I can get my Viagra refilled! A 2 hour trip to Walgreens can certainly kill the mood, if you know what I mean!

This Walgreens pharmacy needs new managment. Poor wait times 30+ minutes. Notified prescription is ready when its not. Been told to come back the following day. Even listened to pharmacist trash talk Walgreens while helping a customer.
