I have had 2 very unpleasant appointments with Dr Jensen. My 1st visit with her she insisted on banding me in the office without any sedation! That appt was pure torture and very painful and by the time I went home the bands were in the toilet as she missed! So then I was referred to a different doctor in that office and at that appointment, Jensen walked in and said she was taking my appointment that day! I was not notified of any changes in the dr appointment or that the referred doctor was not available. Jensen sat there and insulted me to my face and humiliated me during the appointment until I snapped at her saying this appointment is over! And so for the last year or longer they won’t let me back in to see the dr I was originally referred to because I refuse to pay my co pay for the
