Walgreens Pharmacy

Ignored by the whole pharmacy team. I was coming back from patient first with prescriptions, got to the pharmacy right before it opened and was the first at the window, then when a like formed behind me, the person at the window called someone in line and acted like I was invisible, I waited but then another person behind me was called. I made eye contact with the people working in the pharmacy but not a single word was said to me. Use the drive thru or just go to CVS.

I typically have a pleasant experience when using thos pharmacy, but this time the Clerk went above and beyond. Clinton has a large population of elderly and people on medicine. It is a high trafficked area for pharmaceutical needs. So, there's always a wait, but here they treat you with respect. My costs were to high to get the prescription and those Clerk waited for me to try all these coupons to get the best value. I so appreciate the Personal time.

Walgreens pharmacy in Clinton,Md is the worst. I have trouble getting refills. Called and was told I didn’t have any refill and they would contact my Dr. I waited a week still no refill I then called my Drs office and requested refill which they immediately sent to Walgreens. After waiting another week no response so I called and waited 2 1/2 hours only for them to disconnect my call. I called back and there are 3 people ahead of me. I’m going to go there and wait in line hopefully I can get medicines which I’m out of. Please look for another pharmacy if you want your medicine. Half the time they can’t even find it. I’m going to transfer to another pharmacy.

I’ve been using Walgreens since they merged with Rite Aid. After the transition period which was crazy, they are well balanced now. Just about all of my prescriptions are filled there. Pharmacists are very helpful and will answer your questions. The drive through is convenient and you can place an online order and pick it up inside. Lines can be long at times but I’m happy overall with them. Hopefully this is helpful for you.

The cashier was pleasant. She moved the line of custoners quickly.
