Patriot Urgent Care

The establishment was clean and accessible to the restroom for patients. Although the wait was long once you’re called to the back and checked-in, you’ll be seen by the doctor quickly. The nurse, Ms. Joann, was very nice and professional. She was very attentive to detail when going over my chart, and handled my frustrations with ease. She is a GEM to the Patriot Urgent Care Healthcare Association, and sets the tone for its employees. Her services are definitely commendable. The doctor was very nice and also attentive to my concerns. Her bedside manner was excellent.

Set up appointment easily. The facility was extremely clean. The staff was attentive and very thorough in their examination. This was my first visit; I was not disappointed. I will go back. Thank you to my NP who has a wonderful bedside manner, in addition, to being straightforward/ honest. Happy Holidays!

Dr. Goodman was absolutely wonderful!!! She took her time, listened carefully, and explained everything clearly. The team was also AMAZING! Fun, friendly, and super helpful from start to finish (I wish I remembered their names to give recognition). Everyone in the office made what could’ve been a stressful visit feel so much more comfortable. Highly recommend this urgent care & Dr. Goodman + her team!

If you need an urgent care, it is my suggestion that you go here. The wait times are not egregious, and the staff is quite helpful and kind. The practitioner was very thorough and actually found out was wrong with me. I feel like he is an, "outside the box thinker." I still felt awful when I left, but I was so relieved to be going home with a diagnosis and a treatment plan, that it lifted my spirits. The facility is very clean, and the rooms are spacious. I'm very appreciative for the excellent care that I received.

I truly appreciate how attentive and thorough the provider was during my visit. She took her time to carefully assess what was going on with my skin, asked detailed questions, and didn’t rush through any part of the process. She even consulted with her supervising doctor to make sure we explored every possible cause and next step. I felt genuinely heard and cared for throughout the appointment. Highly recommended for anyone who wants a provider who truly listens and goes the extra mile.
