Extremely disappointing experience involving a delivery driver at the Clinton location. A delivery driver arrived slightly early for a scheduled oxygen tank delivery and knocked on the office door while standing outside with clearly visible medical oxygen tanks and wearing a full work uniform. Instead of anyone simply checking the door or asking who was there, the police were called on him while he was trying to do his job. When the officers arrived and realized he was there for a routine delivery, the situation quickly de-escalated, but it should never have reached that point. Calling the police on someone who is clearly performing a delivery creates a dangerous and unnecessary situation that could have escalated far beyond what it did. I had very wonderful experience 😊. My dentist and her assistant was the very best. Very comforting because my fear of the dentist they were patience caring and educational about my next procedure. I will go back. I'm glad it's a new staff because I went few years ago and I heard some of the staff making fun of me so I never went back. But I'm glad I returned today and took a chance and believe me new staff and more compassionate as well. Thank you 😊. Everyone there today. Great experience and great staff.

My first appointment at Horizon Family Dental. They took me early! My baby woke up in the stroller. Shayla and the ladies at the front desk were so kind and patient with me and my awake baby. The doctor thoroughly checked my teeth and was not pushy . Great experience!

Everyone who worked at this dental office was professional. My teeth cleaning was one of the best cleanings I have had in years. Will definitely recommend this dental office.
