The staff was welcoming and professional from the moment I arrived, and my doctor took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and address all my questions. I never felt rushed, and I left feeling confident about my care plan. The entire visit was smooth, efficient, and reassuring — truly top-notch service. Highly recommend!

First impressions are everything. From walking in the door until walking out. I was provided with Excellent care. Front desk staff full of smiles. Very helpful knowledgeable and friendly. Triage nurse beautiful. She’s very attentive, professional and friendly. I’m sure the staff is so great because of Dr Abdallah. She’s Awesome. Very Attentive, understanding and kind. She made my appointment easy. I now have a new Physician.

This was my first visit to Medstar Shah, I saw Dr Abdullah, who listened to my concerns, I was extremely pleased with my office visit, she made me feel comfortable, she was easy to talk to, mostly importantly she heard me, she planned next steps to address the reasons for my visit.
