Walgreens Pharmacy

Store always has problems store is always closed. Seems to be no one wants to work anymore and this Walgreens is on the list. I just wanted to use the atm. And it seems every time I visit it's never open. Somethings not right here.

Just awful!!! I’m new to Ohio. My doctor sent 2 prescriptions simultaneously to this pharmacy on a Friday 05/20. I went to pick up on Saturday 05/21 morning and was informed that they were closed on Friday and hasn’t entered any prescriptions and to try back. My number was also taken so that they could text me when ready. I never received a text. I just took a shot in the dark and went back to the pharmacy. I received what I thought were both prescriptions. Got home and only had one in the bag. Went back on Sunday as the pharmacy was already closed on Saturday at 6 pm. Sunday they were closed and no record of my other prescription was in the system so I could not go to another Walgreens. Called Monday 05/23 and was told by the pharmacy that they only received one prescription and doctor ha

Walgreens have changed alot, unfortunately stores have forgotten how important customer service is and we have too?

There is noone to answer any question stay on the phone for assistance to long it's taking over 21:39 minutes and counting and I'm from a different state trying to refill it took 48:13 minutes and other minute to take the precipitation number WHO IN THE HELL IS MANAGING THIS STORE

That's what I get my prescription filled at very good clientele
