Walgreens Pharmacy

Pharmacists are friendly and girls in front. When the employee Desiree works in pharmacy, she is completely not helpful and shows yes professionalism. Not good in the front of customers who are not well trying to fill medication. She needs more training.

Have been getting calls to pickup my prescription. Finally go to pick it up and it’s not ready. Mind you, it’s a medication to help me sleep and they’re waking me up early as hell in the morning calling me and then don’t even have it ready. Ridiculous.

We had a weather event the day prior when our prescriptions were sent. We called and after 40 minutes on hold gave up. Next day at 1030am we went to the store. They told us they were behind and to come back at 5pm. We came back at 5pm and they had a sign up saying they decided to close at 5pm due to staff shortages. I don't think the time they told us to return was a coincidence.

On the plus side. They helped me get a prescription coupon. The automated message system is faulty. First, when there was a problem with my insurance coverage, they failed to notify me and took no action to fill the prescription. When I called and agreed to pay out of pocket, they did not notify me when the prescription was filled. Instead, the system kept saying the prescription was pending. Don't trust their automated status messages. Speak to a pharmacist directly.

Pharmacy tech called and advised our med refills were going tp be returned to stock We explained why we could not pick up the meds and she agreefd to hold them for us until the next day.
