Charter Radiology Clarksville

I had an MRI scheduled today at 1:00 pm. I got there 15 minutes early as recommended. The front office staff were very friendly. I was taken back on time. My MRI tech Gabby was AMAZING! She explained everything to me. I told her I was anxious and she helped calm me down. I was in the machine over an hour and felt so relaxed. She put on some music and every once in a while checked in on me. I closed my eyes and forgot I was in an MRI machine. At one point I opened my eyes because I wanted to see what it was like. It was well lit and while yes the machine was pretty close (not as close as the hospital machine) I didn’t feel enclosed because I could feel the air moving through the machine that reminded me it’s open and it is not a giant tube that I am stuck in. My experience was a great one. Front desk was very welcoming and professional. My experience having to get into MRI machine was not the most desirable one. The technician Gabby was so pleasant, helpful and supportive. She explained every detail to make me feel comfortable and did everything to get me ready and waited for me to be settled before she began. When I felt anxiety she waited for me to tell her she can began the test. She comforted me and she let me know when she started the contrast and when the test was finished, the noise was not so bad at all. Gabby was so comforting and detailed. She made my experience so comforting. Thank you Gabby, you are the “BEST”. 👍

Dr. Uppal and her team do a terrific job. I have had several images done over the years, the last was in 2018 and most recently in November of '25. I have never felt more at ease when it comes to having an MRI or CT scan under her care. The staff are welcoming and the response time on the reads from Dr. Uppal are exceptional. While she is not in my health plan's network, she is certainly in mine and I pay out of pocket for the phenomenal treatment. Keep up the great work!

Front desk staff is always so pleasant and helpful. The weeks ago I had an MRI. The tech, Nassar, was awesome, informative, kind and calming! I just had a sonogram on my thyroid this week. That lady was kind of just straightforward. All business. But when you're really stressed out and scared about the procedure, as I told her, a little bit of compassion goes a long. They're very timely as well which was greatly appreciated when you're sitting there scared to death! Overall a great experience.

Very professional and friendly service. The space is bright and clean. I didn’t have to wait long. I was called back immediately. I highly recommend having your imaging done here.
