Walgreens Pharmacy

As of late they have been super slow. Taking days to fill a medication. Can't reach anyone because you'll just talk to an automated machine. Laziest bunch. Time to switch up.

If you have a medication that works and Walgreens switches brands on you and it doesn't work they will not make it right. I told them that it couldn't be the same medication because it doesn't work so they said everyone's body is different. That makes no sense. It either has the same medication in it or not. Are they saying the coating or fillers of the medication is causing the medication not to work? I don't trust a word they say. Who knows what corners they are cutting and could care less if it hurts people.

Walgreens I. Claremore, Oklahoma is a favorite store of mine. It is easy in and out access. The employees are friendly and helpful. They never fuss about helping me in the photo section. Overall they are a most helpful and friendly group of people.

I have not had to fill in a prescription here for many many years. They claimed to be the only able to fill a certain milligram of our needed Rx at the time. Every day for 7 days, there was an excuse given as to why it wasn't filled. The order on the truck shipment was cancelled, didn't show up as previously scheduled cuz of a gas leak at their building, everyday we were told it will be the next day. Don't train your employees to say that unless you can fill it. We had it transferred from Walmart, they couldn't get it filled either. The Walgreens told us they could fill it initially THEN we came to pick up and it was not the whole amount, a partial. Like everyday it was something and we still never got it filled. I've used Bennetts in town for over 10 years now, the one time I to use Walma

These folks working in this pharmacy are carrying a big load. If someone is not at work, they have to close the pharmacy down. Walgreens! Get these people some help.
