Emerald Care Center Claremore

Our experience with Emerald Nursing Facility was truly wonderful during a very important and emotional time for our family. From the front office staff to the nursing team, everyone treated my grandmother with genuine care, respect, and compassion. A special thank you to the therapy team—especially John, the Director of Therapy. He took the time to truly listen to our family’s concerns, explained everything clearly, and showed incredible patience and kindness throughout the process. We are so grateful for the care our mother received at Emerald Care Facility in Claremore. The therapy staff was incredibly professional, compassionate, and patient. They always took the time to answer our questions and never made us feel like we were a bother. Knowing our mom was in such capable and caring hands gave our entire family peace of mind. Read state details. Stay away. These people are not trained right, they neglect patients, don’t communicate with family. I beg you to do your research . This place is under investigation, I mean ONE star on Medicare.gov for cleanliness too? How hard is it to keep a facility clean? Let alone care for people who need help! Heartless. I understand it can’t be perfect, but like reviews before mine, do your research and just LOOK at the complaints that have been filed. Also go look at Indeed, the employees ratings and reviews lay it out clear as day.

Very thankful for the therapy program here. John and his team are compassionate and caring and beyond patient.

Well my sister was there food was nasty she was left in the big concrete shower with a broken hip I was there to visit one day and her bed wasn't even locked she could have fell out and broke her other hip or her back or killed herself the food I seen look worse than hogslop so I would bring her food and her husband would also the physical therapy there is nothing you really do have anything to work with I wouldn't recommend this place to know one
