As someone with mega dental anxiety, Spring Dental is heaven on earth. EVERY SINGLE PERSON is so kind and understanding. Great prices and such an amazing team, from the front office to the dentists, hygienists, and assistants. Best dental experience I've had in 38 years.
My husband had a toothache and he HATES going to the dentist. I called Spring Dental and they were able to get him in the same day. All the staff was great!! He had to have 2 teeth pulled and they took amazing care of him. From the time he walked in to when he left was an hour. Very impressed and will be making this location our go to dentist
From the time I walked in the door to the time they wheeled me out in a wheelchair to my vehicle. I was treated with the utmost care and respect. Dr. Boren and his staff was very friendly and they definitely know what they’re doing. I highly recommend going to have any work done here. it was an easy process, and if you go by the instructions, your process will be easy to.
The assistant nurse who worked with me was very nice and did not lie to me. She was very real and up front, everyone was very patient with me and my anxiety I'm bad with names, especially since I was freaking out so bad. But they still spoke with me and helped me stay calm. I appreciate that.
I love Spring Dental, Why? Well for one thing the front desk staff is always friendly and yet professional. Jasmine is so sweet on the phone and takes her time with you. I'm even happy that the front desk checks on my insurance before my procedures so I'll know what my CO pay will be. Very important when you're on a fixed income. Yesterday's appointment was for my annual teeth cleaning. My Dental hygienic was very gentle and explained what she was doing while she was doing it, because I'm a scarey cat 🐈. To be honest I do not like going to the DDS. And no I do not want a long slow root canal. I'm not that kind of person. Well that is all for now. I'll write more after my 3 crowns, 2 in the front on Tuesday. Yes, I'm going to have laughing gas. 😃
