Walgreens Pharmacy

While the employees are typically nice and not rude. My biggest complaint about this pharmacy is that on several occasions, I have called and asked about my refill for my prescription and they say they will get it ready and when I show up after the time frame they give me, the prescription is not ready. It has already been at least three times that this has happened. Each time, I had to drive out of my way to get here.

pharmacist was very rude and short with me. I tried explaining my error when I went to refill my prescription with the prerecorded line to her and she was very unprofessional and gave attitude for no reason

Did all the pre check in information for my covid booster and came in 15 mins early as they ask you to do. Waited 20 minutes past my appointment time for them to input my insurance information. Never had a problem with my insurance card at any other pharmacy or doctors office

Customer service at Walgreens pharmacy in Cicero NY is excellent. That is when they’re open. They don’t have enough staff members and they ALWAYS run out of my medications. I’ve gone without for days and finally had to go out of my way to a different Walgreens. Went to pick up my rx on a weekday at 10 AM. Pharmacy closed… after I got a text saying my drugs were ready an hour before. Get it together Walgreens, you used to be a good pharmacy!

As if calling around searching for prescriptions being in stock and being on hold is not stressful enough. This pharmacy would not tell me if they had any stock. Yet the last five places did.
