Drakos Urgent Care

This was the most smoothly run Urgent Care facility that I have ever stepped foot in! It was clean, there was hand sanitizer and masks at the front desk check-in space, and each exam room that I saw had an air purifier running. The waiting room had only a couple of other patients and our whole visit total, including testing, was under 30 minutes. We felt very well taken care of in an efficient manner. And I cannot say enough positive things about this amazing staff! They were kind, compassionate, and took excellent care of our child. If I could give you an 11/10, I would!

Staff were amazing, everyone from the front desk, to the Paramedic (Jason) and Nurse (Maggie) were excellent. 10/10- Maggie was a great nurse as well. Excellent care and would recommend this place for fast effective service .

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The team was absolutely excellent. I was extremely sick, and as soon as I walked in the door I was taken care of immediately. Nurse Staci was so kind, empathetic, and attentive ….she truly made me feel heard and supported. Dr. Duyang was absolutely incredible and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and properly treated. Because of their care, I walked out feeling significantly better. This was a 10/10 experience, and I will absolutely be referring this location to all of my friends and family.

I always choose Drakos over other urgent cares for myself and my kids, they are the best! Great hours, friendly and knowledgeable staff. The doctor even helped me get my daughter and all our things to the car when I had too much to carry on my own (sent us home with a new nebulizer). I would definitely recommend Drakos!

I went in for a possible strain. The provider seems to look at my arm for track marks and asked if I was looking for pain meds. I advised that I dont take any and was not looking for any just wanted advised on what and how to proceed. Then when the visit was over proceeded to hit on my husband and wink at him. She said "you have this handsome man to take you home" then winked at him and left the room. Never looking at me and then left the room. After that experience I dont think I will be back, it was just unprofessional.
