WellNow Urgent Care

Scheduled online, easy. I showed up 3 minutes early and checked in. The receptionist was able to see the appointment and verified my info. Very professional and nice. I sat in waiting room about 8-10 minutes and was called in. Nurse showed me to the exam room and took vitals and we talked. Really thorough and calm. Provider came in a few minutes longer than I hoped but they have a TV on a travel channel and I watched a few minutes of it. Provider was a NP, very knowledgeable and listened to me. Visit ended and I'm feeling better. Very happy with WellNow. My wife was there 3 weeks earlier and had a very similar experience.

The staff were very friendly. I had no wait time. Taken right in after check in. I was in and out within 30 minutes, including all testing. Dr. Extremely concerned about my health and very compassionate. I had a very pleasant experience..nice to have caring professional people. Cassandra Malone, NP was so pleasant. Kudos to her.

I brought my elderly father in the day after he caught his pinky finger in a car door. The cut was still bleeding enough to cause concern, and I originally thought he might just need stitches. However, Dr. Dobrinski was very thorough—he suspected something more than a surface wound and ordered an X-ray, which revealed an open fracture. We had forgotten my father's hearing aids, and the doctor immediately picked up on it, speaking at a higher volume to keep him fully engaged. The doctor took the time to answer every single one of our questions, ensuring we were well-educated on the next steps for recovery. Even when my father or I repeated questions to make sure we both had the instructions perfectly clear, the doctor was incredibly patient and took the time to re-explain everything without

From the time I scheduled my appointment online to arriving for my appointment, I had no problems whatsoever. Registration/scheduling is so easy online. You choose your closest location, put in your info, get there 15 mins prior to your appointment to check in, so easy. I didn't have to wait long at all and they took very good care of me. Thank you so much to their most efficient staff.

Daveda(sp) was super. She was extremely caring in taking care of my issue, made me very at ease. She has a great bedside manner. Would ask for her for anything I have an issue with.
