Make sure you have plenty of time when you call. EVERY time I call I’m on hold for at least 10+ mins. I’ve also been hung up on during the hold period multiple times. For sure switching over to CVS.
I had an emergency after finding out after 9pm that my son had the flu. I called and drove from about 30 minutes away and they filled my prescription quickly with awesome customer service!
Karen is the BEST pharmacy manager around!
