Walgreens Pharmacy

Tried to get a Covid vaccine for daughter. Online website set up the appointment, but didn’t say sorry no child vaccine available. Made a trip there for nothing, was a waste of gas and time. Staff was friendly and helpful, but slow.

This staff is the best! I have to chase several medicines that are hard to find every month for my family and the Pharmacy staff here is always the most sympathetic and helpful. If they don’t have the meds, they help us find other options and they are always kind and patient.

I’ve been living next to Walgreens for the past 3 years and sent my prescription here. I’ve always had problems with the pharmacy either it not being ready or the people working in the pharmacy wasn’t nice. What made me finally write a review is that since I’ve moved I simply called to transfer my prescription to a different pharmacy...they kept putting my on hold for 30 minutes straight...it will ring the same lady will say please hold and then directly but me on hold without saying anything. After 30 minutes that’s completely ridiculous. Then they finally answered and said I needed to call my pharmacy here to switch the prescription. If the lady would have just took me off hold then that would of taken 10 seconds for her to tell me. Don’t waste your time at this pharmacy.

Pharmacy had my son's heart medication prescription for A WEEK before they filled it, and even then it took his cardiologist's nurse to call them to fill it! After several phone attempts to get an update on it and only getting the message that they are working on it -- never Walgreens ever again.

I've been in this place before for non-persciption stuff and I thought that the place was poorly organized and the employees unfriendly. This time I called them and asked if they have the tetanus booster in stock. They confirmed and said their was currently a long line and that I was better getting there right before 1:30pm. When I got there, there was 3 people in the pharmacy area talking to each other, filling prescriptions and no one in the consultation booth. There was 1 person in the fill prescription/ pickup area who was busily checking out customers with non pharmacy business. I waited in the consultation area for ten minutes where the people in the pharmacy area could see me but they entirely ignored me. I finally got on a long line of people checking out their shopping items
