Caroline Guill is an excellent and thoughtful PT. I appreciate her dedication to working with me towards comfort maintaining my own physical health while being a validating safe person to bring my complex heath concerns too.

I have been a patient at Renew Chapel Hill for several months and see JP regularly for chronic neck, shoulder and back pain/tension. JP is an amazing physiotherapist, very skilled and truly cares about helping his patients. The manual work on the muscles and stretching is incredibly therapeutic as well as dry needling to relieve the tightness/tension. I have been receiving PT post-surgery from Dr. Brianna Mitchell on a broken fibula with significant tendon damage through the ankle. Brianna brought an amazing level of empathy and caring to my recovery process. Brianna also takes the time to explain how her techniques will help me through my recovery journey. She makes PT a fun experience, as I often find myself laughing during my sessions.

I had a severe calf muscle strain from tennis and reinjured it twice trying to come back. After a not-so-great experience with another PT, I went to see JP at Renew Wellness on the recommendation of a tennis friend. The treatment I received was nothing short of fantastic. JP listened to me, answered my questions, and combined massage, dry needling and physical therapy exercises to help me reach the goal of playing tennis again. JP and Renew Wellness rock!

I received treatment from JP Horan after a total knee replacement. I initially received treatment from another company with which I was not satisfied due to a lack of effectiveness, empathy and professionalism. My husband had seen JP for two separate rounds of treatment for different issues and unhesitatingly suggested that I see JP as he, my husband, was extremely pleased with the results he received.
