Dr. Swing and his team are truly the BEST! I get emotional thinking about how he saved my teeth. I had a dentist in Burlington, North Carolina who tried to pressure me into getting multiple crowns. I left feeling anxious and unsure, so I reached out to Dr. Swing for a consultation. He brought me in, evaluated everything thoroughly, and reassured me that not only were those crowns unnecessary, but he could save my teeth without them. I’m so grateful! I’m beyond grateful for Dr. Swing and the entire practice. From the kind receptionists at the front desk to the hygienist who stayed by my side through every step, everyone treated me with care, compassion, and professionalism. I did not expect that my first dental procedure in several years would be pleasant but it was! I had a cavity under a crown and both had to fixed as well as a second cavity elsewhere. Dr. Swing and his long time assistant, Ryan, were calm, gentle and tuned in to keeping me comfortable. They explained what they were doing and were highly competent in the procedure.Also, even getting your teeth cleaned at Parkway Family Dentistry is a pleasant experience. I highly recommend them.

This team is amazing. I recently had a dental issue with a ton of pain right before vacation. I did not want to risk ruining my time off, so reached out to Parkway. The front desk squeezed me in with Dr Swing. He analyzed my issue from all angles and came up with a three-pronged approach to make sure we resolved it. Two days later - all smiles... not pain. Dr Swing and his Tech were incredibly empathetic, asked all kinds of questions to really understand the root-cause(s) (pun intended) and attacked it. I love this practice!

Dr Tawil is an exceptional dentist and my husband and I are so comfortable in her care! Stacy takes care of our cleanings and our teeth look and feel the best ever at 71 yrs of age! Thankyou Parkway Dental!
