My vaccination appointment was canceled just a couple of hours beforehand via a generic email/text. There was zero follow-up or explanation for the cancellation. A reschedule option was offered, but their cancellation policy forces you to restart the entire consent form process. We had already spent over an hour gathering vaccination records for the first attempt, and all that effort, along with the data we entered, is now completely lost. I also spent 30 minutes on the phone trying to get an explanation for the cancellation but was never connected to anyone who could provide answers. This entire process—from the last-minute cancellation to the forced repetition of administrative work—demonstrated a shocking lack of respect for the customer's time and effort. I had a prescription called in on the 14th that I'd be running out of on the 18th. Knowing that, they neglected to tell me that they couldn't get it in stock until the 21st! I would've gone elsewhere hadI known. Now, I have to go a week without my meds, which will leave me violently ill until I get them. They say no one has them, but I guarantee that the hospital inpatient pharmacy does! All so they can get a sale; sad!

There seems to be a large disconnect between their corporate entity and the customer-facing locations. On two occasions I have received texts saying that prescriptions would be ready, but the staff at the physical location claimed they had received no notification for refill. One day I received a text offering to automatically refill in 90 day increments if I wished. I opted in to this program, but have never received a 90 day refill automatically. Just 30 days. They claim this is a problem with my insurance, but my insurance assures me that there is no problem.

I have to say idk how they have a 2.5 rating. I deal with this pharmacy every month and they always greet me and have a great attitude and always get my prescription's correct. Thank you SARAH I hope I spelled that rite lol. She went above and beyond today and I just wanna say thank you for taking the time and doing what you did and got my script correct and ready real fast today.
