They are super easy to work with. Two convient locations with great hours. Staff is super friendly. Devices are well worth the expense and some insurances now cover the cost.

The people at this establishment are so wonderful. They were able to get me in on very short notice before the end of the year. My hearing aids were here in about a week. Have no complaints. If more businesses used their business techniques they would be successful.

We’re very happy with our experience at Illini Hearing. This is what good care looks like! Andy tested my 88-year old, very hard-of-hearing, mother and discussed the results with us. But there was no hard sales pitches and no up-selling attempts. He explained our options for hearing aids and his recommendation began with the device that would offer her the best hearing and the best experience (primarily ease of use) at the best price for our insurance situation. We’ve been back several times for check-ins and adjustments. After several weeks, mom was still struggling to get the hearing aids in her ears each day and, many days, she just didn’t wear them.
