first of all I am almost certain most of these positive comments are fake, everyone those who I have spoken to personally in town about this office say their filling fell out within the week of getting it. Including mine, one of my teeth currently needs to be pulled due to the atrocious and incompetent work dr. Xi did I had a small cavity on one of my molars and to fill it in he drilled my tooth nearly hollow before filling it, the filling fell out almost immediately leaving me with a massive cavity ten times more painful than the cavity I initially came in with. when the cavity fell out i asked them to temporary fix it for free as it had only been a week since I saw them (ie clearly their fault) before I could see a real dentist, they tried to make me pay full price, never fixed their mis

I called barely after opening on a holiday Monday morning & was able to get in for an emergency toothache within an hour. Everyone was very nice and explained everything well. Super pleased to have got the relief I needed and had the best experience possible for the situation.

The orthodontic department is fantastic. Dr. Xu and his assistants are very knowledgeable and friendly. My son transferred to his office for orthodontic treatment, and we couldn’t be happier with the treatment he receives now. It’s so much better than the treatment he received prior.

I wanted a tooth pulled They did it perfect. Really happy with that thing gone, price was good, doctor was cool, nurse was cool too. They've never seen "Marathon Man". Heh, that should be required viewing for all young dentists. Anyway, thanks for a job well done!

Everyone was incredibly wonderful! The doctor spoke to me in a way that I could understand, considering that I'm not medically educated, and he's not condescending about his knowledge either. Furthermore, he's also fantastically gentle. I'm an individual who's easily overwhelmed and scared of unfamiliar things. However, both the doctor and his staff helped me feel welcome and safe. They're now my official dentist place. He's a fabulous person. He already pulled 3 of my 7 total teeth that need to be extracted, and we've already scheduled 2 more for later this month. I'm absolutely thrilled with the efficiency on top of the excellent customer service. It would be great if I could've had appointments for weekends, but that's not commonly done for dentist offices. the assistants were also won
