Walgreens Pharmacy

Pharmacy Service has steadily declined. Called many times only to sit on hold 10-15-20 minutes or more. Then finally the call is picked up only to be hung up on. This has happened at least a dozen times!! Basic meds are not stocked apparently resulting in multi day, if not a week's delay in obtaining refills, again repeatedly. Many orders go through a central dispensary and then to the store adding delay. Walgreens app is sketchy and not always reliable. Unfortunately, insurance requires using them. These problems are corporate in nature due to the financial issues Walgreens is facing, but this is not the right way to right the ship.

I had an appointment at 3 pm for a Shingles shot. Several people were served that checked in after me. It's now 330 and they called me to let me know they're ready for me. I'm at home now! I'll schedule somewhere. I guess having a scheduled appointment doesn't mean anything.

This has to be the worst pharmacy. They can't be bothered to pick up the phone no matter what time you call. Workers are incompetent. They never have medication in stock and take forever to get it. Steer clear of this pharmacy.

If you can go to another Walgreens, do so! Especially if you'll be filling prescriptions every month. Every time I come here there's an issue. The phones haven't been working for days.

Super sweet staff, they always go out of their way to help the cost of medicines (Good Rx, discounts, etc) To avoid long lines, trying going earlier in the day❤️
