5 stars for Dr. Dr. Eettickal! She is one of the most kind, open-minded and collaborative doctors I have ever seen. Dr. Eettickal is the reason I keep coming back to this facility. She addressed all of my medical concerns. When I emphasized that more natural approaches are important to me, she considered that and started with more natural solutions. I absolutely love having her as my medical care provider. For working with Suburban Medical group, I give 4 stars. Office hours are limited and it can be challenging to get a hold of them. There is not an easy way to access your medical records with them or lookup past visit info. It would be great if they had something like MyChart. If you request your medical records they will provide them, it would just be nicer to have quick, easy access.

Dr. Eettickal is THE BEST! There is no comparison. She really listens and cares! It would be nice for the practice to have better hours but because of her it's worthwhile.

It was my first time visiting and overall, my visit was very pleasant. The receptionist was friendly and the doctor was very thorough. I would recommend this location for urgent care!

Dr. Eettickal is the best! So glad I found her after my Dr. retired. She truly cares about her patients. I highly recommend Dr. Eettickal to anyone looking for a new Dr. Her staff are friendly and respectful.

I have nothing but good things to say about this medical group. I just changed my PCP over to them for them to be my PCP and doctor. Sheena is awesome. You would not regret coming to see these doctors.
